Purpose
Showing birthday information about public figures.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
What data
Name, date of birth and date of death, profession, nationality, public accounts with a source, and a freely licensed photo.
Retention period
Until the next weekly import, or until an objection is upheld.
Recipients and processors
Our hosting and database providers, who process the data only on our behalf.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, objection (Art. 21 GDPR) and erasure. Use the correction form on the profile or email us.
Complaints
You can lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (the Dutch Data Protection Authority) or with the data protection authority in your own country. autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl
